Daily Itinerary
Training Schedule
- 7 - 8 am Daily Flight of the Navigator (Mandatory)
- 8:30 - 9:30 am - Light Breakfast
- 10 am -12 pm - Technique learning and practice in partners
- 12 pm -1:30 pm - LUNCH BREAK
- 2 – 4 pm - Anatomy with Pau
- 4 – 5:30 pm - Partner Practice Massage
- 5:30 – 6:30 pm - Flight of the Navigator (Mandatory)
- 7pm - Finish
About your organizer
Across the globe, Malaika is known for her ability to reconnect individuals and groups with their inner body spirituality, helping all who practice with her access higher realms of consciousness and authenticity. She has traveled and lived with Indigenous cultures. It's rare to find an elder who carries the wisdom so needed in today's world.
For the past 30 years, she has facilitated countless groups, retreats, trainings, and private sessions internationally and is now based in Bali.
