Experience London and Paris at one of the most magical times of the year, when two of Europe’s most iconic cities are filled with twinkling lights, festive Christmas markets, beautifully decorated streets, and centuries of history.
We'll begin in London, combining the city's royal and historic highlights with everything that makes London so special during the Christmas season. We'll visit Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament, wander through festive markets and beautifully decorated neighborhoods, experience a London Christmas lights tour, and enjoy the tradition of Choral Evensong at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Then we'll board the Eurostar for Paris, where we'll spend the second half of our trip experiencing the City of Light at Christmas. We'll explore Notre-Dame and the Île de la Cité, the Louvre, the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur, along with Paris's beautiful Christmas markets and festive streets.
We'll see the Eiffel Tower sparkling after dark, cruise along the Seine, wander the banks of the river, explore charming Parisian neighborhoods, and, of course, leave time for cafés, shopping, pastries, wine, and simply enjoying Paris.
Throughout the trip, we've planned a balance of iconic sights, special experiences, Christmas festivities, and free time, so you'll see and do plenty without feeling like you're racing from one attraction to the next.
With one hotel in London and one hotel in Paris, you'll have time to truly experience both cities — and only unpack twice!

One more day before you step into the wonder of London at Christmas, where historic streets glow with fairy lights, festive markets fill the air with the smell of mulled wine, and the city is on display at its most magical. 🎄
Welcome to London! Today is all about settling in and soaking up your first taste of the city at your own pace. You'll get checked into the hotel and take some time to wander, strolling past iconic landmarks, popping into a café for your first proper cup of tea, or simply unwinding after the long journey.
If you're feeling up to it after the flight, I'll have plenty of suggestions to help you shake off the jet lag and make the most of your first evening — think charming neighborhoods, nearby pubs, and a first glimpse of those famous Christmas lights.
In the evening, we'll come together for our first group dinner and toast to the exciting days ahead. 🥂
Today we'll venture outside the city to Windsor, home to one of Britain's most magnificent royal residences. We'll visit Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, with time to explore the castle and enjoy some of the charm of Windsor itself.
After returning to London, we'll spend the late afternoon and evening soaking up the city's festive atmosphere. We'll make our way along the South Bank Christmas Market and through Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square, where London will be dressed in its Christmas best.
As evening falls, we'll experience one of the highlights of the trip — a Christmas lights tour through London's beautifully decorated streets. ✨
We'll finish the evening with dinner together.
Today is devoted to some of London's most iconic sights. We'll begin around Buckingham Palace before making our way through the heart of Westminster to visit magnificent Westminster Abbey and see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
We'll also spend time in Covent Garden, which is especially beautiful during the Christmas season with its decorations, shops, restaurants, and festive atmosphere.
Later, we'll experience one of London's most beautiful traditions — Choral Evensong at St. Paul's Cathedral. Hearing the choir inside this magnificent cathedral is a memorable way to end our time in London. 🕯️
We'll enjoy dinner afterward.
This morning we'll say goodbye to London and travel aboard the Eurostar to Paris, arriving right in the heart of the city without the hassle of flying.
After checking into our hotel, the rest of the afternoon will be intentionally easy. You'll have time to settle in, explore the neighborhood, stop for your first Parisian café or pastry, browse nearby shops, or simply relax and enjoy being in Paris.
We'll have plenty of suggestions for things to see and do near the hotel for anyone ready to start exploring.

We'll visit the festive Notre-Dame Christmas Market and spend time wandering along the banks of the Seine, taking in some of the classic views and atmosphere that make Paris so special.
Later, we'll visit the Louvre, one of the world's greatest museums and home to masterpieces spanning thousands of years of history, including, of course, the Mona Lisa.
There will also be time built into the day to stop for lunch, enjoy a café, browse the shops, or simply wander because some of the best moments in Paris happen when you're not rushing anywhere. 🇫🇷
Today is all about experiencing some of the most iconic sights of Paris with plenty of Christmas magic mixed in.
We'll visit the Tuileries Garden Christmas Market, one of the city's largest and most festive holiday markets, before making our way toward the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe.
As evening approaches, we'll head toward the Eiffel Tower, with time to enjoy some of the best viewpoints as Paris begins to light up for the night.
We'll finish with one of the quintessential Paris experiences — an evening cruise along the Seine. Seeing the Eiffel Tower and Paris's illuminated landmarks from the river is a beautiful way to experience the City of Light. ✨
For our final full day, we'll explore one of the most charming and distinctive neighborhoods in Paris — Montmartre.
On a guided walking tour, we'll wander its winding streets and discover the neighborhood that was once home to artists such as Picasso, Renoir, and Toulouse-Lautrec. We'll make our way to beautiful Sacré-Cœur, perched high above Paris with some of the best views in the city.
Afterward, you'll have time to enjoy Paris your way. Spend your final afternoon shopping, visit another museum, settle into a café, explore another neighborhood, or return to a favorite spot from earlier in the trip.
We'll come together for our final dinner, sharing favorite memories and raising a glass to an unforgettable week in London and Paris. 🥂
All good things must come to an end. After breakfast, we'll say au revoir to Paris and head to the airport for our flights home.
After our time filled with royal castles, Christmas lights, historic landmarks, festive markets, London traditions, Parisian cafés, beautiful neighborhoods, and unforgettable views, we'll head home with plenty of memories and hopefully a few new friends.
Until next time! 🇫🇷 🇬🇧
My husband, Jay, and I have been traveling internationally for over a decade and have visited more than 30 countries, mostly throughout Europe.
Over the years, we’ve learned that the best trips aren’t the ones where you’re constantly moving, but the ones where you can truly enjoy where you are. We love planning travel that includes the highlights while still leaving time to relax, take in the views, and enjoy the moment.
That’s exactly how we design our group trips. We will be there to guide you as you experience incredible destinations without coming home needing a vacation from your vacation. We plan each itinerary to avoid constant rushing and multiple hotel changes, with most days starting no earlier than 8 am whenever possible.
We also focus on authentic, local experiences that allow you to connect with the culture, the food, and the people, not just check places off a list.
We’d love for you to join us on one of our small group trips very soon! 🤗
