1. Rates are based on individual rates and are subject to change. The number of rooms and air tickets at the same rate cannot be guaranteed.
2. A hotel deposit of $150.00 per person is required at the time of booking. A credit card will be required to confirm and deposit each room.
3. Airfare portion of the package will be charged in full at the time of booking. The remaining hotel cost will be charged 45 days before arrival automatically to a credit card.
4. Cancellation policy: All rooms may be cancelled up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations must be submitted to Damascus Road Travel in writing by email. Airfare is nonrefundable if cancelled. Tickets may be subject to future use if Main Cabin or higher level fare is booked. A travel agency cancellation fee of $100 per person will be collected at the time of cancellation. Any deposit or payments charged by the hotel will be refunded to clients accordingly if cancellation is done by the deadline.
5. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended6. Passport copies will be required at the time of booking.
7. Any 3rd party credit cards belonging to someone other than the traveller will require a signed CC authorization form on file.
