About this trip

The city of Puebla rests in its namesake valley surrounded by volcanoes and ice-capped mountains. It one of Mexico’s lesser-known destinations - a fact which belies the city’s rich heritage as one of the country’s most important colonial metropolises. Cinco de Mayo - a Mexican holiday which is celebrated by people worldwide - found its beginnings in Puebla, and you will be there to celebrate it! Explore the mysterious underground tunnel network of Puebla, which was only opened to the public in 2017. The tunnels were regarded as an urban legend until their recent rediscovery and are sure to be full of enigmatic antiquities. Will you be the one to reveal the secrets of Puebla?
