C.H Collective Presents: An Overnight Camping Retreat in the Lost Pines
Bastrop State Park & Buescher State Park
🚨 Early Bird Discount ($10 off) is active until September 10 and has been applied to all packages on the checkout page!
You're invited for a weekend of adventure and exploration in the woods — hiking through the last remnant of a forest that once stretched across Central Texas. Bastrop's "Lost Pines" are a stand of loblolly pines stranded nearly 100 miles from their nearest relatives in East Texas, a living relic of the last Ice Age. Our route connects two parks along the same historic scenic road built in the 1930s.

🌲 Fun Facts
Bastrop State Park is home to the endangered Houston toad, hosting the largest population of them on any public land.
In 2011, a wildfire burned 96% of the park's pine forest — the trees you'll be hiking through are part of an ongoing regrowth story that's been unfolding for over a decade.
Buescher State Park is connected to Bastrop by a scenic road built through the Lost Pines.
See above (notes) for cabin details. Shared cabins. Shared and private bed options available.
