About your trip

We are excited to be offering a fabulous retreat close to home just outside Conwy in North Wales.

Our summer retreat will have a joyous vibe; and will be hosted by Heidi and Abi and will be a blend of yoga and pilates, with meditation, and yoga nidra alongside nature walks in the glorious countryside on our doorstep, wild swimming in one of the nearby lakes as well as plunge in the sea at one of the many beaches on our doorstep!

Our Location is located the perfect distance between the Snowdonia mountain range and the North Wales coastline. We're far enough into the countryside to see a clear starry sky at night while only being a 10 minute drive from the UNESCO site in Conwy.

Our views are completely undisturbed and the only sounds are the soft breeze and occasional friendly sheep.

With lovingly renovated cottages, a serene Japandi-inspired yoga studio, and breathtaking mountain views it is the perfect setting for rejuvenation, rest, joyful connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Thanks to its convenient location, we’re able to enjoy three full days together. Arrival is from 10:30am on Friday, allowing you to settle in and begin your retreat without rush.

We’ll close on Monday at 10am, following a nourishing breakfast to fuel your journey home—leaving you feeling restored, rejuvenated, and deeply cared for after this well-deserved escape.

A perfect blend of movement, stillness and connection

Your day begins with an energising yoga or Pilates session in the studio. Through mindful movement and breath, your body awakens, muscles lengthen, and tension begins to dissolve.

Afterwards, gather for a relaxed and nourishing brunch—time to refuel, connect, and settle into the rhythm of retreat life.

Late morning invites you outdoors for a guided countryside walk, breathing in fresh mountain air and reconnecting with nature. Along the way, you’ll pause for a peaceful meditation, grounding yourself in the stillness of the landscape.

Following a wholesome lunch, the afternoons are flexible. . Rest, journal, soak in the hot tub, or join an optional visit to the nearby lakes or beaches for a swim in wild waters.

As evening approaches, return to the studio—or practice outdoors beneath open skies—for a gentle yoga session designed to calm and restore. After dinner, unwind beneath the stars: share stories by the fire, toast marshmallows, relax in the hot tub, or simply savour the quiet beauty of the night.

Before sleep, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that invites profound relaxation and prepares you for peaceful, uninterrupted rest.

About your organizer

Hot Lotus is a dedicated Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates studio based in Stockport offering a range of heated and unheated classes to the local community. The studio features state of the art heating equipment, sound and lighting as well as well-appointed public areas, toilets, changing rooms and showers.

The studio opened in 2018 and very quickly flourished via word of mouth with students coming not only from the local area, but from all over the North West and as far afield as North Wales and Yorkshire.

Of course it isnt the fixtures and fittings that make a studio successful, success lies in the warm welcome and sense of community.

Heidi and her team have made it their mission to create an environment which makes the classes accessible to all, whether you have never taken a yoga or pilates class before, or whether you are looking to up your game. Young and old, all come to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing.
