Along the way, you'll visit some of Ghana's most iconic destinations, including Cape Coast Castle, Kakum National Park, Independence Square, Akosombo, Kumasi, traditional villages, colorful markets, and beautiful beaches. You'll experience authentic Ghanaian cuisine, music, art, and traditions while gaining a deeper appreciation for the country's remarkable heritage.

This journey also provides a unique opportunity to witness the life-changing work of Love Without Walls. You'll visit the Children's Medical & Wellness Center, celebrate its first anniversary, meet the Love Without Walls Ghana team, and see firsthand how your participation helps bring hope, healing, and opportunity to children and families.

1. If you will be travelling from the New York metro area, many of us will be travelling with Delta Airlines

3. Ensure passport is valid for up to six (6) months after March 20, 2027

6. Make non-refundable deposit of $500 when booking. Final payment is due by February 5, 2027.

Reserve your space by October 31, 2026, with a $500 non-refundable commitment deposit, which will be applied toward your total trip cost.

All payments (except the deposit) are fully refundable by Dec 1, 2026.

No refund on any payments after December 1, 2026.

By submitting the $500 non-refundable commitment deposit through WeTravel, I confirm that I have read and agree to these Essential Terms for international travel to Ghana. This payment constitutes my electronic acceptance in lieu of a physical signature.

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that international travel involves inherent risks, including delays, illness, injury, accidents, political or civil conditions, road safety issues, weather, and limited emergency services. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel to and within Ghana.

2. Health & Insurance
   I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate and am responsible for all medical needs, vaccinations, medications, and travel/medical insurance. I understand that healthcare standards in Ghana may differ from those in my home country.

3. Travel Documents
   I am responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and all entry or re-entry requirements. Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.

4. Liability Limitation
   I agree that the trip organizer and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or expenses before, during, or after the trip, except where prohibited by law.

5. Third-Party Services
   Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local vendors are independent third parties. The organizer is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Itinerary Changes
   Schedules and activities may change due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Such changes do not entitle me to refunds.

7. Financial Terms
   The $500 deposit is non-refundable and covers administrative and coordination costs. Missed activities, early departure, or trip interruption do not qualify for reimbursement.

8. Conduct
   I agree to comply with local laws, respect cultural norms in Ghana, and follow group guidelines. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group at my own expense, without refund.

9. Media Release
   I grant permission for photos or video taken during the trip to be used for informational or promotional purposes unless I notify the organizer via email to info@lovewithoutwalls before the first day of the trip.

10. This trip is sold as a full-duration experience.

    No credits, discounts, or reduced pricing will be given for partial attendance, late arrival, early departure, or for any missed excursions or activities, regardless of the reason.

11. I understand that double occupancy pricing is based on two people sharing a room. If my roommate cancels or is unable to travel and I do not provide an acceptable replacement roommate, I agree to pay the applicable single occupancy supplement.

12. Acceptance
    Submission of the $500 non-refundable deposit through WeTravel constitutes full agreement to these Essential Terms.

There are no service fees associated with payments made from a checking or savings account. However, WeTravel charges a service fee each time a payment is made with a debit or credit card.
