Come to the magical island of Hawaii with us as we dive into yoga, self care practices, meditation, acupuncture, amazing food, community, surrounded by the most beautiful nature. Steve and Valerie have collaborated to bring you a retreat to relax, restore, rejuvenate, renew and refresh. your body, mind and senses. Stepping away from the day to day and into the place inside of you that is more present, receptive, and open.

Day 1
Arrival/ Check In
Welcome and Landing to the space. We will have a welcoming ceremony to kick off the week and get to know each other a bit more. Dinner after and grounding into the time together!

This was my first retreat with Valerie and Lucia, and it was wonderful across the board. The location was ideal. Water, wood fires, nourishment, and serenity. The community was loving and honest and respectful. This was what I needed. I highly recommend turning things over to Valerie and Lucia, in any setting.

Val and Lucia hosted a wonderful retreat weekend in the most gorgeous land of OZ farm. Morning yoga, afternoon dance and everything in-between left me feeling relaxed, present and restored. The food (courtesy of Margaret and Chris) was fresh, delicious and nourishing. It was a real treat and I feel very lucky to have had the experience.
