We enjoyed the cheese at the second winery and all the wines at both wineries. Agustin helped get our wine purchases together for shipment and has done a great job!

Borravino Wine Tours brought us two wonderful days in Mendoza, one in Uco Valley and the other in Lujan de Cuyo. In advance of our trip from the U.S., we corresponded extensively with Claudio regarding the itinerary. Claudio gently suggested that we visit smaller or family-run bodegas instead of vineyards run by larger, better-known producers. We were very pleased with his recommendations. Both tours were educational and enjoyable, and the wines were all very good, in some cases quite memorable. We spent time with descendants of the founders of very special bodegas, who enhanced our visits by sharing their families' histories and experience in wine making. Claudio also arranged for two wonderful lunches at places off the beaten path, where we enjoyed delicious meals (and yes, more wine). Uco Valley is about an hour's drive from where we stayed, and Agustin, our guide for the day, used the time in the car to discuss the regions, geography and history of Mendoza. He also provided thoughtful recommendations of things to do in Buenos Aires, where we were headed after Mendoza. Likewise, after we parted with Claudio in Lujan de Cuyo, he sent us an email with recommendations of places to visit on another part of our journey. Claudio and Agustin are very knowledgeable and engaging. They were great guides and companions for two days, and we were very glad we placed our trust in them.

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our wine tours. We were able to contact Borravino Wine Tours before we booked our tours and that was a good decision. Claudio, the founder, answered our WhatsApp message right away and was able to answer all our questions and made recommendations. Our tours went very smoothly. Claudio paired us with Agustine, our guide for both tours. Augustine was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas and wineries we were visiting. He even helped us with some banking issues we were having. The wine tours could not have been better. We are very happy with the selection of wineries, the service and Agustine.
