• All payments to WeTravel and Melanin Luxury are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• If you purchase travel insurance, your trip will be refundable through that avenue only.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply to correct documents.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• If the country changes their vaccination policies that is not a justifiable cause for cancellation.  JOAL is not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid.

All cancellations must be received in writing to melaninluxurytravel@gmail.com .You can add insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com.  It is highly recommended.  

 PRICING AND PAYMENT PLANS

There will be a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. Unless there is a sale stating otherwise.  There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments up until 45 days before the departure date and are available to book at no extra cost. You can view your payment plan installment dates by following the checkout prompts and adding the deposit to cart.

PACKAGE OPTIONS
Double Occupancy: $3,450 (This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate (of the same gender if you are traveling solo). If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room than 2 separate beds, please e-mail melaninluxurytravel@gmail.com

 Single Occupancy: $3,950 (This is the price for 1 traveler to have a room with 0 additional roommates) 

PAYMENT PLANS 

Payment plans with customized installments up until 30 days before departure will be available for the Double Occupancy Room in addition to the Single Occupancy Rooms.

You can pay upfront OR choose a payment plan for no additional cost.

ADD ONS

Upon booking, there will be an option to purchase additional add-ons. There are also FREE. add-ons such as ATV'ing, Spa Day, and White-Water Rafting for your free day that is included in the overall price. Please choose ONE.

There is also an option to purchase an alcohol package for the Mega Yacht Cruise.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

All payments to WeTravel and Melanin Luxury are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you purchase travel insurance, your trip will be refundable through that avenue only.

If you are 7 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50.
 We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
