When looking for flights, please be mindful of the flight duration. Due to the time zone, you will arrive on the date after your original departure.

We suggest that all flights must arrive before 4:00/5:00 pm to accommodate any delays and to ensure you can rest/reset before the luxury welcome dinner without rushing. Sometimes it is cheaper to fly directly to a bigger hub near you (JFK, LAX, ORD, etc) to take your main flight to Bali.

PRICING AND PAYMENT PLANS

There will be a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. Unless there is a sale stating otherwise. 

There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments up until 60 days before the departure date and are available to book at no extra cost.

You can view your payment plan installment dates by following the checkout prompts and adding the deposit to cart.

PACKAGE OPTIONS

Double Occupancy: The price listed is per traveler, based on two people sharing a room. If you're traveling solo, you'll be paired with a same-gender roommate, and matched with someone we feel you'll get along greatly with based on the answers in your Roommate Matching Form. If you have a preferred roommate please include your request in the comments section of your Roommate Matching Form.

Booking for 2? If you are booking for two people, please select 2x participants at checkout. If you prefer one king bed instead of two single beds, email info@tworldtours.com after booking to make your request.

Solo Occupancy: By choosing a single occupancy room, you are paying for 1 traveler. Having a single occupancy room allows you to have the room to yourself. Solo occupancy is very limited and based on availability. If you see that it is sold out, please e-mail us to see if we can open a spot!

ADD ONS

Upon booking, there will be an option to purchase additional add-ons. There are also FREE. add-ons such as ATV'ing or a Spa Day that is included in the price. Please choose one. 

CANCELLATIONS

To secure the best accommodations, partners, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will be refunded in a form of a travel credit to join another bucket list destination with TWT. 

You are able to cancel your trip for a full credit refund up to 60 days before the trip (minus the deposit). Cancellations made between 30 - 60 days before departure will receive a 50% credit refund of all payments made. All credits are redeemable for 1 year, however, the trip does not need to be completed within 1 year. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a credit refund.

If you are 3 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50. That allows you a 7 day extension to complete your payment. 

The last installment must be completed on time and cannot be extended by any means.

This trip will only depart if there are 5 guests signed up, minimum. Please ensure that all flights that you purchase are insured. If the trip has to be canceled for this reason, you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit, in the form of a credit. 

CANCELLATIONS ON BEHALF OF TWT

This tour will only depart if there is a minimum of 8 travelers booked. Please ensure that the flights that you purchase have full refundable travel insurance included. If this tour has to be cancelled for this reason, we will provide a full refund in a form of a trip credit, including the non-refundable deposit.

If you're opting in to a double occupancy package, our Roommate Matching Form is designed to ensure you’re paired with a like-minded traveler of the same gender, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

You finally made it to beautiful BALI 🌺 Upon arrival, a private driver will be waiting to whisk you away to our stunning 5-star luxury resort in Ubud, where tropical serenity and world-class service await.

After your journey, today is all about relaxation and connection. Unwind, settle in, and take in the beauty of the surrounding city. This evening, we’ll come together for a fun & intimate welcome meet-and-greet, followed by a stunning candlelit dinner – the perfect way to set the tone for an unforgettable week ahead.

To ease into your first day, you'll also receive a personalized Free Time To-Do List, giving you the option to start exploring at your own pace.

Today we're doing a full tour of Ubud! The central part of Bali and our personal favorite. 

We'll start the day the famous monkey forest where you have the chance to feed and interact with monkeys, followed by a rice field tour where you have a chance to do the Bali swing.  After lunch, we'll end the tour with a traditional water purification ceremony at the Tirta Empul Temple.

What's a TWT trip with a boat party? If you've been on one of our tours before, you already know our best days are on the water! Today is going to be one of the books. 

We'll be able to sail the coast of Nusa Dua, relax on floaty matt's out in the ocean, and even have a chance to snorkel and experience Indonesian marine life!

Today, the vibe is up to you to choose. It's your free day, but you have the chance to reset and relax at one of the most Instagrammable spa's in Ubud and have a much needed spa day OR go on ATV adventure.

It’s our final full day in Bali, and we’re ending it in the best way possible—immersed in nature and healing waterfall energy! 

In the morning, we’ll venture to our favorite hidden Waterfalls; one of Bali’s best kept secrets. In the attempt to make this tour as special and unique as possible, we want you all to beat the crowds where you can - which is why we're taking you here specifically and not one of the very busy ones you may have seen online in Ubud! 

After a short scenic trek, we’ll arrive at this powerful, cascading beauty, surrounded by lush jungle views. This is the perfect environment to meditate, pray, swim, or bask in your childlike playfulness - un judged! 

As the sun sets, we’ll come together for a luxurious farewell dinner, where we’ll toast to an unforgettable week. Expect elevated dining, heartfelt moments, and endless laughter as we recap our best memories and start planning where we’ll travel next—because trips like this don’t just end, they spark a lifetime of adventures and girls trips that actually make it out of the group chat 🥂
