HERE ARE A FEW REMINDERS:

#1.  CHECK your calendar to ensure that you are available on the trip dates. 

#2. CHECK your Passport to make sure it is CURRENTLY valid and will REMAIN valid for at least 6 months from the date of return. (June 2024)

#3. Deposits are Refundable within 14 days of booking. (minus a $40 service fee)

#4. After 14 days Cancellation rules apply.

TRANSFER POLICY:

**A Trip Booking is transferable to another traveler dependent upon: room-type, availability, and final approval of GLN travel team. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. When transferring your booking to another person a $40 processing fee applies

2. It is the responsibility of the current traveler to organize and obtain any trip costs and/or reimbursements from the replacement traveler. 

3. GLN is not held responsible for any unpaid fees associated with a replacement or transfer of booking

CANCELLATION: 

1.  250 days out - reimbursement less deposit amount

2. 180 days out - reimbursement less 25% & deposit amount

3. 150 days out - reimbursement less 50% & deposit amount

4. 120 days out - non refundable   

In these unprecedented times, it is natural to want your travel to be insured for unexpected changes, challenges, or travel interruptions. 

PLEASE NOTE:

#1. Base travel package does NOT include trip insurance

#2. Upon completion of your booking, there will be an option offered to add trip insurance to your package. 

#3. Many Airlines offer a MultiRisk Travel Insurance. Please inquire with your airline carrier to confirm if insurance applies to your booking.

#4. If you have chosen a package that includes flights, You will receive a flight request form where you can select the option for adding flight insurance. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

COVID Regulations continue to shift over time. Currently, All GLN reserves the right to ask its travelers to  provide proof of Negative PCR/Antigen test results received no more than 72 hours before trip departure date.  The safety and well-being of guests, travelers, and colleagues is always a top priority. 

In Addition:

Departure to Dubai: 

Government mandate – Currently, This location has NO COVID-19 travel mandates in place, such as proof of vaccination or qualifying negative test results for access to certain local businesses including: hotel restaurants, bars, spas, events, and indoor amenities as well as other restrictions based on applicable governmental requirements. 

• Face coverings - Optional

Returning to USA:

• COVID-19 Testing - The CDC has reduced restrictions. Currently, air travelers who are fully vaccinated are NOT REQUIRED to show a negative COVID-19 test result for re-entry into the U.S. Unvaccinated travelers may be required to provide proof of negative test result and/or complete a TAF (Travel Attestation Form). 
• Updates & Notifications - GLN will continue to monitor all updates & guidelines. If required, Covid-19 PCR/or Antigen testing will be arranged by GLN for all travelers prior to departure and added to the itinerary schedule. (Testing fee not included)
