Experience island life on this Bucket List Retreat to Belize! You will be led by your hosts Kristen + Anna Leigh. We'll be getting around the island by golf cart and experiencing moments like snorkeling with nurse sharks, yoga + guided meditations, chasing sunsets, and more! This trip includes everything except for your international flight and meals/drinks not included in the details. (Please see details below for the list of inclusions/exclusions + Itinerary).

ABOUT THE LOCATION: 

-The trip will be based on Belize's largest island, Ambergris Caye! We will be staying in San Pedro town, which is the island's gateway for sailing and reef exploration. The main form of transportation is by golf cart.

FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL: 

-Plan a roundtrip flight into Belize City (BZE). We can help you find flights if needed by sending up to three options that we believe is the best priced and most convenient through the use of the ITA matrix and other forms of booking apps/sites! (We can also help you search for award bookings if you have travel points).

-Once you land in Belize City, you will hop on a 15 minute puddle jumper to Ambergris Caye. We will book this flight for you once we know your arrival/departure times for your international flight! When you land in San Pedro, you will be picked up by your hosts via golf cart.

.Kristen + Anna Leigh: The owners of Bucket List Retreats LLC. We will be attending as your host bffs to assist, creating content, and to make sure everything goes smoothly on the trip! We are digital nomads that found a love for creator retreats, photography/videography, and making travel more accessible for others! We met on a group trip together in Greece and can truly say that strong friendships and bonds can be made from these retreats.

Please note that because Bucket List Retreats is limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
2. Hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
3. Full balance due 4 weeks (1 month) before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
4. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
5. Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.
6. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Bucket List Retreats will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Bucket List Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
