About this trip
Are you interested in learning Raja Yoga? - also known as Ashtanga Yoga. Then you've come to the right place. We teach all eight limbs of Patanjali's Raja Yoga. We will go through the theory and practices of the limbs to ensure you have a practice you can take away with you.
What is Raja Yoga?
Raja is a straightforward path of Yoga, which omits all religious and ritualistic discussions and ideologies. It is concerned only with accessing the higher dimensions of our own consciousness. "Raja" means King, and Raja yoga is known as the "King of all Yogas."

Daily Vegan or Vegeterian Lunches and Dinners.
The evenings have been kept free for you to enjoy Barcelona city or Castelldefels beach. The town is filled with amazing restaurants and lots to do.
What is special about this retreat?
During this retreat, you will be staying at a spectacular beach-side villa located 20 km from Barcelona city. There is a private pool and a spacious rooftop solarium for guests to enjoy; and parking space (subject to availability) at the accommodation site with no extra charge.
