Activities:​

• Surfing: With it's legendary waves, Dominical offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable surfing adventure. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, the warm waters and consistent swells provide the ideal conditions to catch the perfect wave.
• Meditation: Discover inner peace and self-discovery through guided meditation. Together we'll let go of stress, cultivate clarity and find balance. Using visualization and other tools to help us unlock the answers deep within and reactivate our purpose. 
• Movement: Engage in revitalizing movement sessions that combine dance, yoga, some traditional workouts along with other mindful movement practices to awaken and strengthen your mind, body and warrior spirit.
• Conversation: Participate in conscious conversations that empower and inspire. We will have a nightly gathering of Men to open the floor for discussion. Using different prompts to help us to dig deeper. A safe place to share and be challenged to face our fears and find our truth.
• Temescal (Sweat Lodge): Step into the ancient tradition of the sweat lodge and embark on a transformative journey of purification and self-discovery. Allow the sweat lodge to guide you towards a renewed sense of clarity, strength, and renewal.

To secure your spot in this unforgettable retreat, a mandatory deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, your reservation will be confirmed, and you can start preparing for this transformative journey.

Please note that the price excludes flight and travel arrangements to Costa Rica. We will however coordinate airport transportation upon arrival and departure.

Ticket Policy:

To secure your spot for the retreat, a deposit is required. This deposit ensures your reservation and guarantees your participation in the event:

Deposit Requirement: A deposit must be made to secure your spot for the retreat. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

Remaining Balance: The Remaining Balance of your ticket price is due on or before April 1st 2024.

A link will be provided for each attendee via email to fulfill payment.

*All deposits and payments are non refundable.  If you have to late cancel due to any circumstance,  your deposit and any other monies paid will be refunded minus a 5% service fee ONLY if you or the retreat hosts are able to find a replacement for your spot. Otherwise all payments are final.
