Join Marnie and the Global Fam for a 6 day/5 night rejuvenating wellness retreat in the breathtaking Italian countryside. We had such an incredible experience last year that we just couldn't wait to go back to our private Villa in one of Italy’s most picturesque regions! In this magical place, surrounded by olive groves and the Adriatic Sea, you will have the opportunity to rest, restore, and revitalize your mind, body, and energy. Together in community, we will experience in an immersive healing adventure!
What you will experience
This Retreat has been meticulously designed just for you! Once you enter the Villa, all of your needs will be thoughtfully met so you can simply relax and ENJOY the experience in the beauty of untouched Italy.
Heal: There is nothing quite as powerful as the energy that is generated when we get to be in the same room, moving together- especially when we have the most beautiful studio with ballet barres, killer sound system, a view of rolling olive groves and the Adriatic Sea. Daily workouts will be led by Marnie, complete with personalized hands-on expert instruction to take your practice to the next level. There will also be additional restorative classes and meditations.
Restore: Discover deep, healing sleep. Here you will be able to fall out of the chaos of life and back into your own natural rhythm. Every detail is designed to reset your body, mind, and spirit.
Savor: Fresh farm-to-table meals and snacks that will nourish your body and soul created from scratch with local, organic ingredients by our own private Italian chefs.
Discover: Specially curated exclusive adventures that will give you a chance to experience local culture. We will explore some of the most unique and spectacular parts of the region.

Cancellation Policy
M/BODY does not offer refunds for any reason including deposits.
If you should need to cancel prior to the September 1st, 2024 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your total beyond what you have already paid.
Should you need to cancel on or after September 1st, 2024, the full remainder of your total payment must be paid in full. M/BODY is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
When is my final payment due?
Final payments are due September 1st, 2024 to retain your spot and prior payments.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following web site to compare insurers: www.worldnomads.com.
Accommodations
Accommodations are all double occupancy for your Retreat. They include full villa resort access, all noted excursions, workouts and experiences, as well as specially curated local farm-to-table organic meals prepared by our private chefs. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options are all available. Please email connect@mbodybymarniealton to inquire about prices for single room occupancy.
