We had a great time. The accommodations were very good including the rooms for three persons. The guides were excellent and provided great company. The local transportation and drivers were also very courteous and great guides. All in all we experienced a great time in a fantastic country. Peru was everything we had hoped for.

We had an amazing 2-day, 1-night tour to Machu Picchu with our guide, Domingo. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very cooperative throughout the entire trip. We enjoyed the experience so much that we booked another tour to Pisac with him, which was just as wonderful. Highly recommended!

Communication and service was not the greatest. Difficulty in getting responses and need to sent multiple messages. Professionalism not the greatest. Some guides struggle with their accent and some where in rush. Customer care was not the priority. We had good time in Machu Picchu. That guide (Williams) was patient and detailed and took all his time. Lima tour was rushed and very short. On arrival to Cusco, we have very limited interaction with their representative (on the morning of the Sacred valley tour) and there was no detailed instructions about overall package and description. That was the only interaction with agency representative. The Cusco city tour was very monotonous and guide was always on the phone texting and communicating with others. The guide for sacred valley tour was good and professional but was more busier explaining other members in Spanish. But overall he was still good. Many of the tours although were private, there was very limited room to customize it.
