The trip was fun. The hotel wasn’t great. In fact, the hotel security wasn’t the best. A strange man ended up on our floor with 50+ teenage girls and was found by 2 parents masturbating near the girls rooms. The front desk didn’t answer when at least 10 parents began calling and didn’t seem to take it on as a big deal. There was a sign on the door stating front doors lock during certain hours and most certainly my DID not as some of the moms were out later and never had to use a key to enter the premises. The front desk worker did not even ask a person who was on the 11th floor near midnight when the strange man was found and girls had then reported there were 2 men. One of the men claimed he was a guest and produced a room key, but his identity wasn’t ever verified by asking what room he was in or for picture ID. Just an uncomfortable situation for a team trip with 50+ high school girls. I would NEVER stay there again and would recommend the travel company check into where you lodge these kids as a precaution to a liability you may face.

I was so impressed with how well organized and detailed the itinerary was. As a travel professional myself, I know that is difficult to do, especially with a large group. They did a fantastic job!

It was a great trip overall! Both of the dinners included were not great. I probably would have left those out. Also, the Statue of Liberty and 911 your were spaced too close together. We did not have time for lunch in between. The experience would have been better if they were on different days.

Other than the cold and rainy weather in Californian it was great. Easy access to my Disney tickets and that’s all we used for services.
