Reinvigorate and relax with me for a week in Paradise at Shambala Petite Hotel in Tulum, Mexico for Yoga and meditation - not to mention the beautiful beach and artistically renowned city of Tulum! Enjoy twice daily yoga, freshly prepared meals, and guided meditation. This is a chance to reconnect with yourself in a peaceful setting, away from the noise of daily life, and after a week in bliss you can bring the peace back with you.

Susannah has been teaching Yoga since 2010, and in 2014 she received her Masters in Philosophy and Religion. Susannah teaches a rigorous Vinyasa style practice, all the while weaving the magic of Yoga philosophy into the class. She is known for her depth of knowledge, her playlists, and her sense of humor. Susannah loves sharing Yoga with anyone interested because as Ram Dass says, "We're all just walking each other home."
