When we think about breathing, most of us think of simply inhaling and exhaling. According to the traditional yogic perspective however, there are actually five specific channels for breathing. These breathing pathways can have either a positive or negative effect on a pose, on the function of our body and how our mind operates.
Join Jeanne Heileman on a journey through the Five Pranas while we bask in a glorious region of Spain that is full of Prana. Each day will be devoted to one of the Vayus through asana, Pranayama and meditation practices. Morning yoga sessions will offer stronger practices with insights to continue Walking Practices throughout the day. Afternoon practices will weave in more Pranayama and Meditation to feel the subtle effects of each direction. On our last day we will weave all five Pranas together, the ultimate experience of respiration and Pranayama practice.
You will leave knowing how to get more out of each breath, enriching both your yoga practice and your life.
Students who attend all of the classes and any fun assignments will be eligible to receive 25 hours of Continuing Education credits through Yoga Alliance from Tantra Flow Yoga™.

We will stay in a majestic large mansion at 8km from bohemian Tarifa and its wonderful beaches, in the province of Cádiz, Southern Spain.
A 700m2 built house, set in the middle of stunning grounds in a plot of 7,500m2, not overlooked by anyone. A secluded paradise.
Located at the starting point of the Costa de La Luz, the urbanisation itself looks directly down a valley and is the shortest point across to Africa, which is only 14km away. It's mainly surrounded by Los Alcornacales national park and the land has been designated as rural and cannot be developed further. It makes it a beautiful, unspoilt and tranquil place.
The mansion has a fully equipped large indoor yoga room, suitable for aerial yoga too. In addition, there are many patios around the grounds that allow for outdoor sessions and meditation.
The house has 4 separate areas with bedrooms. The impressive rooms are perfectly designed, with confortable beds, and the perfect balance of privacy and the beauty of incredible views across to Africa.
The food is first class, delicious, ecological, local and seasonal, cooked by specialized chefs in vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
There are excellent walking and mountain biking routes, and many beaches to choose from, starting at the doorstep of Tarifa and going all the way up to Cádiz. Local favorites are Punta Paloma and Bolonia
A unique space to practice, reflect, connect, nourish and rest.
