The Bealtaine Fire Celebration on the Hill of Uisneach, is a genuine gathering of the tribes; people of all creeds, from all over the world coming together with the local community to create a truly unique event. 

One of the most enduring legends of Uisneach is that it was the location for the first great fire to be lit in Ireland. According to the Dindshenchas (Lore of Places), the fire was lit by a druid named Mide and burned on the Hill for seven years 

As the centuries progressed, the great fire became the catalyst for the Bealtaine festival; an annual gathering and fair at Uisneach that continued to early modern times. Traditionally, the fires in every home and hearth across Ireland would be extinguished in anticipation of a new flame from Uisneach’s Bealtaine Fire. 

Fires were then ignited on the other sacred hills of Ireland, created a unique ‘fire eye’ over the island; symbolising the country’s emergence from the darkness of Winter into the light of Summer.

I believe that magic is all around us.  I do not believe that you have to be a witch or a psychic to do spell work and create real change in your life.  In this presentation I will give you easy, proven techniques that anyone can do to bring positive change to their life. From the kitchen to the bedroom to your morning shower – you can bring powerful magick into every aspect of your day.  

In this presentation, I will go over the basics of spell casting, give you the tools and information to create your own spells, I will show you how the real power that makes a spell work dwells within you and the energy around you. This in no way clashes with spiritual or religious beliefs because my elemental spell work and magick works with nature’s own energy and acknowledges a supreme force of goodness and light.

Today we take a boat trip to view the Cliffs of Moher from the ocean, but we will also meet up with a guide who conducts an amazing walking tour on the cliffs too! This day is for those who are fit enough to do this walk, but for those who do not want to do the walk they can hang out in the lovely village of Doolin.

Because of its Celtic and Christian heritage, The Aran Islands has an unusually high number of ruins and sacred sites. Holy Ireland, the Island of saints and scholars has historically centered around Celtic and Christian pilgrimage. Just by exploring or being on the Aran Islands, one is on a path to connecting with their spiritual innerself and is being ‘blessed’.

Many have been ‘healed’, attend spiritual ceremonies such as the Summer Solstice, increasing numbers are getting married on the Aran Islands, city dwellers, business people, and people who need time out to think gravite to the rejuvenation that the peace of the Aran Islands offers.

The Aran Island’s has a strong spiritual appeal expressed in many ways for a diverse range of people. The umbrella of a cross section of religions and ancient times attracts all sorts of people from various religious denominations and each year there are a large number of various groups on pilgrimage on the Aran Islands.

You can all sleep in today because we will not be moving until 3pm. We are going to the famously haunted Leap Castle for 4 or 5 hours. You will be told the violent history of the castle, who its owners were down through the years, the battles, the fights, and you will hear about the ghosts. But you will also be entertained by the owner Séan Ryan who will play on his whistle for you and we might even be treated to dinner there too!
