Joining Ryann will be one of her most impactful teachers from India, Sujith and his partner Sandy, bringing along students from their studio. Sujith teaches a beautiful traditional hatha class while Sandy specializes in yin that offers deep relaxation and healing. There will be another teacher joining from India and offering his expertise through this special retreat. This experience will provide you with the opportunity to learn with teachers from around the world and connect with multiple styles of yoga. Your week will include daily meditations, 2 different traditional yoga classes each day, with multiple satsang gatherings for connection and reflection throughout the 8-day retreat.
