This is the first Wells Expeditions trip to Malta, one of Europe’s top diving destinations—ideal for Advanced divers eager to explore some of the best wreck and cavern dive sites in Malta and Gozo. We will dive historic World War II wrecks as well as more recent artificial reefs created to enhance marine life and attract divers.
The itinerary is also designed for both amateur and professional photographers who want to improve their skills in wreck and overhead environments. During the Photography Workshop sessions, you will review the fundamentals of underwater photography and learn how to apply different lighting techniques. These techniques are based on Carolina’s experience photographing in Malta, further refined through her work in the caves of Mexico.
In the afternoons, we will organize visits to La Valletta, Mdina or the Dingli Cliffs, offering a chance to experience Malta beyond the water.
Join us for an unforgettable week of diving, learning, and exploration in the beautiful Maltese Archipelago.
