She is the founder and director of Mama Tree, a Yoga Alliance registered school dedicated to training yoga teachers, birth professionals, and other health professionals interested in teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga. It is her hope to make yoga accessible to any mama that wants to experience the benefits of this ancient and powerful tradition. Jane's mission to offer women a mindful, supportive, and nourishing yoga practice that empowers them not only in pregnancy and childbirth but for all the years of motherhood that follow. Stephanie Forster Stephanie Forster is the founder of Preggo Pilates and the Director of Pre and Postnatal Education at EHS Pilates in San Francisco. She brings over 20 years experience as a Pilates practitioner, dancer, body worker, anatomy and yoga student, and choreographer to her teaching. Katie Cariffe Katie's teaching journey began at It's Yoga in San Francisco nearly 20 years ago. There she spent 12+ years as Studio Director and Lead Teaching Trainer, training thousands of yoga teachers. Her life coaching journey emerged from her desire to support her students in embodying their yoga practice off the mat and into all areas of life. Katie offers practical solution-oriented tools that result in positive action, purposeful living, self empowerment, and inspiration.

Before You Go

Do I have to have a certain level of experience or physical ability to participate in the weekend's offerings? No - This retreat is open to Pilates and yoga practitioners of all levels. The weekend is all about self care and we're here to make sure your practice leaves you feeling challenged but replenished! What should I bring? Beyond Pilates / yoga clothing and your toiletries, we recommend bringing a swimsuit, casual clothing for downtime and exploring the ranch (layers are a great idea!), a journal and pen, a good book, sunscreen and a hat.
