This is the first trekking day during our 1-day adventure. After having breakfast, the trip begins along the Budhigandaki Riverbank, hence; Budhigandaki Hydropower Project (1,200 MW‎) is under construction, it is the Mega Hydropower Project of Nepal. It takes 5 to 6 hours to walk through the subtropical forest in Nepal and its beautiful landscape, we pass the natural hot spring also. Staying overnight at Tea house in Jagat. 

We carry on along the river bank to the Sirdibas then cross the suspension bridge over the Budhigandaki. Now, the trail ascends steeply for 45 minutes to the Philim village. This village is inhabited by Gurung ethnic, who are following Bonpo Buddhism. The culture and tradition here are interstation, and you will see Sharing Himal Range on the north and the amazing Budhigandaki valley view. Today we are entering the Manaslu Restricted area, your Guide will check in your permits here. The trail goes gradually up and kind of flat to the Eakle Bhatti and passes the wonderful waterfall before crossing the suspension bridge. You will see a board to the mention about secret Tsum valley trek, which takes for week nearby the Tibet border. However, you will cross the bridge and head to Ghap through the narrow trail following the gorges made by the river via Dang. We are staying at a tea house singing with Mother Nature.

Stay overnight at Tea house in Deng. 

This is your fourth day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek. After having breakfast, we begin the walk to Prok Village. It takes 4 to 5 hours to walk through the bank of the Budhigandaki river bank. Hence, most of the trekkers stay overnight at Ghap but we at Nepal Mother House staying always trying to give you different tests so, we escape the Dang village and stay at the peaceful Prock village. It is just 45 minutes to an hour different from Ghap.  The beautiful Prok village offers an awe-inspiring view of mountains including the Shringi Himal and Ganesh Himal ranges.  Rest of the day, you may wander the village or visit the Prok Gumba. Staying overnight at Home stay or Tea house. 

Today also the trail follows the Budhigandaki river bank which originated from Larkya La Pass (5,160m), walk through the jungle and village; often you will see Buddhist Monastery, Mane wall, and wall painting. After having lunch at Lihi or Sho after 3 to 4 hours walk, we walk another 3 hours to the beautiful Lho Village. The Lho Village bestow has one of the best view of Mt Manaslu, especially during the sunset and sunrise time. Stay overnight at Tea House.

This is another beautiful short hiking day. It takes two to three hours from Lho village. To make your trip a lifetime experience in the Himalayas, we make a different itinerary as most of the trekkers don’t know the most fabulous viewpoint. So, after dropping your bags at the tea house at Shyala, we hike to the Pung Gyen Gumba (3,525m) with the necessary equipment, warm clothes, and sufficient drinking water. It takes 2 to 3 hours to get to the holy site at Pung Gyen Gumba. Originally, this was the Base Camp of Mount Manaslu in former time.  This is one of the best viewpoints to see the Manaslu range. Walk, back to Shyala for an overnight stay.  

Today, it is a short walk through the view of the wonderful mountain. After having a late breakfast, we walk Shyala to Samagaun for a 3-hour walk. Now the valley become wider and bestows more mountains, especially the world's eighth-highest mountains in the world Manaslu (8,161m). We staying tea house below the Monastery and lap of Manaslu Himal. The mountains view are best from the Lho Village to Samdo, so we make the Manaslu Circuit Trek itinerary to spend more time in an amazing place. 

This is acclimatization before crossing the adventure past Larkya La. Today after having breakfast we will visit Birendra Lake which is coming from Manaslu Base Camp. This place offers the best view of Mount Manaslu, Sama Gaun Village, and other mountains. For this, you need to bring warm clothes, enough drinking water, and some energy bars. Return back to the hotel for an overnight staying. Sama Gaon is one of the biggest villages en route to Manaslu Circuit Trek. Even you may visit the Advance Base Camp of Manaslu an elevation of 4,800m.

Today is a short walking day to Samdo. So you can begin today's trek leisurely. This is a gentle walk with a wonderful mountains view and a herd of yaks. Originally, Samdo village is a summer camp for farmers,s especially for animal husbandry. Ruila pass is nearby Samdo, it takes 3 to4 hours to walk from the village. Stay overnight at the tea house at Samdo.
