Our Recommendation

What are major highlights? This question is very important to ask yourself or to us, before doing this short trek. Manaslu cultural circuit trek more about culture, tradition, remoteness, people & villages. But it is less about adventure, thrill, hardcore trekking.

This, Nepalgram recommends this trek; if you are interested in anthropology & mountains. If you are looking for short trek in the remote village which do not require tough walking – this is what you are looking for.

Yes definitely, you will get best view of the mountains. But if you are looking for closer view of the mountains and glaciers or the glacier lakes; your choice would be Manaslu circuit trek.

DO’s & Don’ts

As this is a village trekking, it involves numerous walk through the dense village. We have to walk pass by the local kids and elders. We will trek along the local temples and Buddhist monasteries. Trekking by the attractions with highly traditional important buildings and landmarks are common. Sometimes we have trek together with local animals.

With all these conditions – just use one formula of respecting others. Do respect other’s religion. Respect local tradition and their way of life.

You do not have to do anything but make sure you do not hurt them intentionally or unintentionally. How not to hurt unintentionally? For this – keep silence and give trillion dollars smile. And the best way is get recommendation from your guide.

People along Manaslu cultural circuit trail are welcoming & trekkers are source of their part income (by far); as they need us – we need them equally.
