Ski passes and any lessons will be added to your package once we have your accommodation package confirmed.
Please note our standard cancellation terms:
Cancellation fees are applied as follows:
(i) 180 or more calendar days before the date of commencement of tour – FREE
(ii) 179 – 60 days before the date of commencement of tour – Loss of deposit
(iii) 59-30 calendar days before the date of commencement of tour - 50% of the total
(iv) less than 30 calendar days before the date of commencement of tour - 100% of the total price of the tour
Third-party services ordered by Jasna Adventures for its guests prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

We strongly suggest you have travel insurance that covers you for not being able to travel, including testing positive to Covid, and you have this policy from the day you book and pay your deposit. Refunds do not apply in this situation, much in the same way as if you suffer any illness or injury prior to travelling a refund would not apply. We will of course allow re-bookings or offer a credit voucher if you don’t make a claim through your travel insurance provider.
