Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades GorgesDepart from Marrakech across the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m). Stop to visit the UNESCO Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the "Hollywood of Morocco". After a short break, drive through the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing Skoura and stopping at Kasbah Amredhyle. Continue to Kelaat M’gouna, famous for its rose products, before reaching Dades Gorges.🛏️ Overnight in Dades Gorges (Dinner & Breakfast)Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – MerzougaAfter breakfast, drive through the dramatic Dades Valley and head towards Todra Gorges for a walk through its towering cliffs. Then continue to the desert via Tinjdad, Jorf palm groves, and Erfoud, where you can visit a fossil workshop. Arrive in Merzouga, near the vast Erg Chebbi dunes. Relax and enjoy the desert ambiance.🛏️ Overnight in a hotel near the dunes (Dinner & Breakfast)Day 3: Explore Merzouga – Camel Trek & Desert CampToday, explore the surrounding desert: visit the village of Khamlia to enjoy Gnawa music, see the Mifis mines, and meet nomadic families near the Algerian border. Return to the hotel for rest and a tea break. In the afternoon, take a camel trek into the dunes and watch the sunset.🛏️ Overnight in a desert camp under the stars (Dinner & Breakfast)Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Draa Valley – OuarzazateWake early for the magical sunrise over the dunes. Ride back to the village by camel, have breakfast, and then depart via Rissani, known for its traditional market. Continue through Alnif, Tazarine, and N’Kob, crossing the scenic Jbel Saghro mountains. Arrive at the lush Draa Valley, dotted with palm groves, and continue to Ouarzazate via the Tizi n’Tnifift pass (1,660 m).🛏️ Overnight in Ouarzazate (Dinner & Breakfast)Day 5: Ouarzazate – MarrakechAfter breakfast, visit the Taourirt Kasbah or the Atlas Film Studios (optional), then begin your journey back to Marrakech, once again crossing the High Atlas Mountains.
