Dr. Sarah Anne Rothman is a Board Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist, Global Retreat Leader, Breathwork Facilitator/Teacher Trainer and Mama of two. She lives on Maui and has a practice on island and works virtually with people all over the world. She is passionate about healing in all its forms and deeply honors the body's innate ability to heal. Facilitating Wellness Retreats is one of her favorite ways to teach, connect and drop into some deep and sweet magic.

This retreat was such a transformational, healing and memorable experience. Every element of it was so enjoyable from the luxury accomodation, to the delicious food, to the incredible facilitators and the structure of the retreat (all of the workshops complimented and supported each other beautifully) and we met some of the most lovely, kind and open hearted people from all over the world. I would 11/10 recommend this retreat if you are a lover of the ocean or simple want a transformational getaway for self care!

I just got back from a beautiful Mother/Daughter retreat in Colorado with Sarah and Julia as our leaders and would highly recommend this! Everything is taken care of so nicely from the comfortable rooms, delicious meals morning noon and night, to the educated offerings of breath work and kundalini yoga by our professionals.
There were also activities and entertainment for the children that came along, allowing for the mamas to fully embrace the activities and healing.
The hot springs are so refreshing, warm and awakening. The staff at Joyful Journey were so friendly and accommodating. I also loved the musical component by Shyla Ray Sunshine as her voice and guidance were so beautiful.
Im very much considering going back to their next retreat in June with my daughters and this trip was focused on time with my mama.
