8:00am - 9:00am Barre Class with Trish
9:00am - 10:00am Breakfast smoothie and green drink break
10:00am - 3:00pm Barre Teacher Training to deepen your practice or become a Barre Instructor
3:00pm - 5:00pm Free Time to chill at our pool or surf or Sup on our beach
