A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your space for the retreat.&nbsp;
Your balance in full is due by October 1, 2023.&nbsp;
<h2>Cancellation Policy</h2>
If you must cancel your retreat, the required $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.&nbsp; 

Full refund, less deposit, will be given if you notify us by August 1, 2023. 

Cancellations made by September 15, 2023: 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. 

Cancellations made after September 15, 2023: I apologize, but absolutely no refunds can be given unless you have someone to transfer your spot.
 
*If you find someone to fill your spot, you can transfer it to them and receive a full refund less deposit.&nbsp;

This villa is a private tropical oasis located only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. Relax on the garden lanai or take a dip in the heated pool and jacuzzi. It is a short walk to multiple shops, restaurants, beaches and parks. A perfect combination of quiet relaxation and the opportunity to explore if desired. &nbsp;
