About this trip

Yoga Retreat for Healers and Helpers

with Lisa Danylchuk, LMFT

March 11-17, 2019

Consider this your invitation to unplug and take time out for YOU. Come reset your soul on the luscious north shore of Maui. Our theme is Communal Self-Care: Healing space for those who support others. Whether you are a yoga teacher, counselor, or caregiver of another kind, this retreat is designed so that you can release the reins and have time to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

The islands of Hawaii have a special way of making your body and mind feel at ease so that you can relax and feel more connected to yourself. Energy maps label Maui the heart chakra of the world. Whatever you call it, everyone feels it – the aloha spirit of the islands.

Daily yoga classes incorporate the energy body, chakras and nourishing elements of nature. Each day will focus on a different series of poses, natural element, and psycho-spiritual theme. In the evenings, you’ll have the opportunity to nourish your soul as you prepare to nourish your body with a guided meditation session.

If you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or burnt out, this retreat will give you space to breathe, and to fill your heart with the energy of the islands. You’ll carry the peace and joy of the aloha spirit, along with the healing energy of the group, home with you in your heart.
