Please note that if you are booking a trip with a start date less than 30 days you will be prompted to pay the total amount.

You are able to cancel your trip for a full refund up to 40 days before the trip.

40 Days or more before trip start date: Full refund of all payments effected.

40 - 31 before departure of the trip: 10% of trip cost

30 Days days or less before the trip start date, including No Show and Early Departure: Full cancellation fee 100%

If you are 7 days late for a payment plan instalment, you will be charged an additional $50.  We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:
