I’m Max, a local craftsman providing straightforward, reliable garden maintenance, landscaping, and custom timber builds across Birmingham. I don't use fancy sales pitches or hide my prices. If you need hard work, proper tools, and a job done right the first time, you are in the right place.

What I Do

I handle everything from regular upkeep to structural builds. I bring all my own commercial power tools and equipment to every job, so you never have to worry about supplying a thing.

• Custom Timber Builds: Garden offices, custom sheds, woodcribs, solid fencing, bespoke timber structures, and repairs.

• Garden Maintenance: Regular lawn care, mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, and pruning.

• Clearances & Tree Care: Small tree cutting, complete garden clearances, and heavy site overhauls.

• Landscaping & Features: Garden design, layout planning, building ponds, and minor masonry or building repairs.

Upfront Pricing & Monthly Plans

I believe in transparent, fair pricing. You will always know exactly what a job costs or what my minimums are before I start the work.

Standard Rates & Fees

• Hourly Rate: £35/hr (Minimum charge £70, which covers up to 2 hours of work).

• Full Day Rate: £180 (Capped at 6 hours max per day — saving you money on larger jobs).

• Fixed Quotes: Available for custom timber builds and large landscaping projects.

• Material Sourcing: +£30 fixed fee to source and collect (100% of the material cost is paid as a deposit upfront).

• Waste Clearance: +£35 per load for full disposal.

Monthly Subscription Plans If you want regular, hassle-free upkeep without having to book me every time, I offer standing order plans (payable on the 1st of the month) that lock in lower rates:

• Weekly Plan (£480/month): Covers 4 hours per week. (Saves you £80/month compared to standard rates; minimum 3-month agreement).

• Fortnightly Plan (£130/month): Covers two 2-hour visits per month. (Saves you £10/month).

Service Area & Getting in Touch

I am based in B28 and keep my travel and payment terms simple to avoid any surprises:

• Local Area: Free callouts within 5 miles of B28 8EH.

• Wider Birmingham: +£25 fixed callout fee for locations beyond the 5-mile radius.

• Payment & Terms: Subscriptions and project materials are paid upfront. One-off maintenance work is paid on the day of completion via bank transfer or cash. I require a 7-day cancellation notice for scheduled work.
