I look forward to this trip every year. The experiences planned, the morning meditations & yoga, the delicious and considerate food options from Paula, the serenity of the space all help me reset before the holiday season truly hits. Casa Soham is tucked away in the jungle of the Yucatan which creates a perfect environment for the yoga and meditation presented by Heather, Michael, and Corey. The planned cultural experiences add a nice reminder of the greater community we are all part of. I have had the privilege to go on this trip twice and each time have found new dedication to my practice and the interconnectedness of yoga and community. I wish I could pick a favorite experience but honestly their intentional planning make the entire trip feel like one fluid experience.
