We will be offering our retreat 
August 4 - 10, 2019.

This retreat is for you if you desire to:

This retreat gives you the time and space to let go, creating a lasting shift in your awareness and life. During our time together, you will be held in a safe and supportive space for you to do your inner work.  

You will receive a schedule on the first day, however, we ask that you remain flexible as we will make adjustments based on what is best for the group.  There will be plenty of downtime in order for you to truly relax.

• 7-nights accommodation in shared room

• Visits to the cenotes (sacred wells)
• 1 Temescal (Sweat Lodge)
• Transportation and Entrance Fees to the Beach (1 day) 
• 3 Ayahuasca Ceremonies

Special Bonus: Pre & Post Retreat Coaching Sessions with Denise

• 1 Individual session before the retreat to look at your blindspot that are creating blocks in your life and bring into focus your desires for the retreat.
• 1 Individual session post retreat to find concrete ways to begin to integrate lessons learned in the retreat into your daily life.

RESERVATIONS:

Step 2: Send your non-refundable US $500 deposit 

Deposit: 

• A non-refundable deposit of US $500 of the retreat rate is required at the time of reservation in order to secure a spot.  This will be applied to overall retreat rate.
• Remaining balance is due 60 days prior.
• Do to the high demand and strict hotel policy there are no refunds within 60 days of the retreat.

*We Highly Recommend to stay a few days to integrate and relax. 

Schedule
We will begin at 9am on the first day (August 4th) and end around Noon on the final day (August 10th).  You will want to arrive and check-in the day prior (August 3rd) to the retreat. Overnight of August 3rd IS included in the cost. We strongly encourage you to book your return flight no earlier than August 12th.

Airlines / Passport:
You will need to fly into Cancun and have a valid passport. Check your passport expiration date. It needs to be valid for more than 6 months beyond the date of this retreat. If you are within 6 months of your passport expiring, apply for a new one. Otherwise you won't be let in Mexico. This is true for most countries.
