We are using a new platform this year for individual payments--WeTravel.com. This new platform will give YOU more access to documents and trip elements including invoices and itineraries, as well as performance information as it becomes available. As always, we have live staff available as well. Please do not hesitate to call our toll-free number at 1-888-245-2983 or email us at info@studentgrouptoursinc.com.
Thank you for entrusting Student Group Tours with your travel arrangements! I want to personally guarantee you that should a situation arise, we are always committed to refunding as much as we possibly can to our groups and travelers, but it seems we need to emphasize this point as of late. I know the value of a dollar—growing up in a family of 5 with “just enough” funds to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads was our normal. No extra money existed to pay for extracurricular fees or lab fees—my siblings and I had to pay for those out of our own pockets. I am sharing this glimpse into my life to say—I give you my personal word—we will refund every penny we possibly can.
Student Group Tours is now celebrating 18 years of service and hosting over 6,000 travelers annually. Our success can be attributed to keeping our promise: Customer Service is our Business!
