All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.

PAYMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS: Payment plan is required after initial deposit. All payments, including deposits are non-refundable.

LATE FEES: Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Missed payments will lose their guaranteed pricing and run the risk of reservation being cancelled. Reservations cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund and are non-transferable. 

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY: You will get a full refund if you notify Royal Caribbean at least 75 days prior to your sailing date (60 days for 3 and 4-night cruises or 90 days for holiday sailings). Some promotional prices require non-refundable deposits. A booking made under the non-refundable deposit cruise fare rate requires the payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is not refundable at any time after it has been paid. Payment of full deposit and full name are required for each guest at the time of booking.

Should you cancel a booking made with a non-refundable deposit prior to the final payment due date, the cancellation terms of the cruise ticket contract apply, and Royal Caribbean will issue a future cruise credit in the amount of the deposit paid minus a $100 per person service fee. The future cruise credit is applicable only towards the purchase of a Royal Caribbean cruise that departs no more than 12-months after the issue date of the future cruise credit. Any amount remaining after the expiration date will be void and forfeited. The future cruise credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for any other form of compensation, credit, or cash. For non-refundable deposit bookings that require a deposit of $100 per person or less, no future cruise credit or any other compensation or credit of any kind will be issued.

PASSPORTS: Passports are NOT required, but are strongly recommended. If not using passport, an original or certified copy of your birth certificate and government issued photo ID is required to board the ship.

NAME CHANGES: Name changes are allowed if you are adding a new passenger only. If the new traveler is replacing someone who has missed payments, the new traveler will be required to make those payments at the time he/she is added. If the missed payments caused the cabin rate to be forfeited, the current rates will apply at the time the new payments are received. In the event that we sell out of space prior to the payment being received by the new traveler, the initial deposit and all other payments received will be forfeited.

Additionally, any name changes AFTER FINAL PAYMENT is $75.00 per change. Any changes after January 15th, until the day of sailing will be $150.00.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. SERVICE FEES: Mays Luxury Vacations has the right to asses service fees for services requested in excess of basic service to your reservation. These requests include, but are not limited to - refund requests for over payments, multiple name changes, multiple trip changes, adding special service items to a reservation, and more. Mays Luxury Vacations service fees start at $10 & go up depending on the request(s). Service fees must be paid prior to the service being rendered.

ONLINE CHECK IN: All travelers are required to complete his/her online check-in prior to the cruise. FAILURE TO COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK MAY RESULT IN YOUR BEING DENIED BOARDING OF THE SHIP. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a government issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports on our schedule. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you take a PASSPORT or a US PASSPORT CARD on your cruise. Without a passport, you will not be permitted to fly into or depart some of the places visited by air if necessary, even in case of an emergency. Please note: passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. TRAVELING WITH MINORS: The minimum age for cruising is 6 months. Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. BRINGING BEVERAGES ON BOARD: Bottled beverages of any kind (including bottled water) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from being brought onto a Royal Caribbean Cruise, with the exception of wine or champagne. Currently, guests 21+ are permitted to bring one (1) standard-sized bottle of wine or champagne on board per person in their CARRY-ON BAG. DINNER DRESS CODE: ** MEN ** - Please be advised that some cruise restaurants may require long pants, collared shirt, & closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Royal Caribbean reserves the right to effect a fuel surcharge if a rise in the market price of oil necessitates a supplement. There is no fuel surcharge currently in place. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges and all fees are subject to change.
