MDRN YGA Immersion is an opportunity to dive into the practice and technique Annie Parr has founded. Located at the beautiful El Campo retreat property, enjoy 6 days of movement classes, community and a cultural experience of Baja del sur.

El Campo has 2 buildings on its property overlooking lush farm land and ocean views. The design of the retreat aligns with the natural beauty of the desert to ocean landscape. The Soft white palette, rustic, native wood, pulito concrete walls and handmade modern tile interact with colorful textiles emoting a relaxing and visually stunning place to retreat.

The spectacular Movement space overlooks farm land, ocean and magnificent sunsets. Gigantic floor to ceiling windows and doors spread the 40x30 sf of open space.  The vaulted Palapa roof and modern breeze block details provide an authentic Mexican vibe with modern detailing and state of the art dance flooring, mirrors and sound system.

The Mill- A space to create, commune and dream. This 5000 square foot building features a second story magnificent palapa covered practice space (30x40 sf unobstructed) for dance, yoga, performance, or any type creative or movement endeavors. It has a sprung Marley dance floor, stereo system and floor to ceiling 40 foot wide windowed doors facing west to the farms and ocean. The indoor/outdoor public space directly below contains the same expansive views and open space. There is a professional kitchen, living and dining space designed with a modern, rustic flair. Behind these spaces, both upstairs and downstairs, are 6 mountain facing bedrooms that sleep 1-3 people per room. Each room has comfortable custom built beds with soft white sheets and pleasant zen like lighting, ceiling fans and a sink and closet. The bathing space downstairs has 3 private showers stalls with toilets and a public sink and changing area. 

La Casita- A private sanctuary to be included in the retreat or as a separate rental. This stylish, palapa roofed, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house has an open kitchen, dining and living area and 3 exterior patio spaces for lounging or dining. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have king sized custom built beds, spectacular views of the ocean and farms and private bathrooms with sinks and showers. The downstairs bedrooms contain a custom queen bed with ocean and farm views and the other has 2 twins size beds with mountain views. These downstairs rooms have a shared, ample sized bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

There are many outdoor lounge and dinning spaces with hammocks, fire pits, and dining tables to enjoy the native landscape design of palm trees, cactus and native flora. A second phase to the building of the retreat will include a solar heated pool and hot tub to enjoy refreshing swims, outdoor showers and warm relaxing jets for cool nights.

You wil arrive Sunday late afternnoon to El Campo. You will be taken to your booked room to put you belongings and then gather to The Mill living area for refreshments and a tour of the property. Dinner will be served at 6:30 and a soft moment meditation will be held at 8pm
