Everyone's mind wanders. Wandering is part of the minds job! This can't be a reason or an excuse not to meditate. Meditate is a form of mind training. Meditation is the practice of learning how to formulate new thoughts, inspired thoughts, creative thoughts, expanded & unlimited thoughts. And, yes, the irony is meditation is both so simple and can feel quite challenging. It's ok. It doesn't take much to make a big difference.
