I start my meditation journey by joining the Meditation Teacher Training India course of yoga essence Rishikesh. I start my meditation journey from 4 Aug to 29 Aug it is a 26 days course. I learn lots of things about meditation here, before that, I think closing my eyes and sitting silently in meditation but I am absolutely wrong. Meditation is much more than that meditation is an inner journey of knowing your inner self more. Meditation is awareness of the inner self. In this course you will learn 20 + meditation and mindfulness techniques and also know the power of silence. Food of yoga essence ashram is very tasty they provide you sattvic diet. Teachers of yoga essence are very cooperative and helpful. Here you will learn about the core principles of meditation & mindfulness. You will get the knowledge of the concept, role, and importance of subtle bodies.
Food of yoga essence ashram is very tasty they provide you sattvic diet. For breakfast, we will get fresh juices, toast, poha, and some other Indian dishes. At lunch, we eat different types of pulses vegetables, rice, and salad. Dinner includes chapati, rice, and dosa (it is a south Indian dish)vegetable. During snack time you will get Herbal tea and fruits or cookies.
