A journey to Africa cannot be complete if you never make it to Uganda. Known as the "Pearl of Africa" for reasons only you can only discover when visiting it, Uganda is a place full of welcoming locals, breathtaking landscapes and unique wildlife. Besides visiting the prominent Source of the Nile and tracking mountain gorillas, there is a lot to see in this African nation. From Kidepo National Park to the Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth's N.P, there is a whole world to be discovered.
Join us on a unique 7-day adventure to learn more about the Batwa tribal group. Originally forest dwellers, the Batwa only represent 0,2 % of Uganda's population. Come and understand more about their history and ways of life - Join them and see first-hand what they learnt by once living in the impenetrable Bwindi National Forest. During this experience, you will also go on looking for golden monkeys in the bamboo forest. This endangered species that can only be found in Uganda, Rwanda and Congo are known for their long golden hair along their backside. Do not worry, we will also have time to go searching for mountain gorilla's, climbing Mount Sabinyo (a conical volcano bordering Rwanda and Congo) and even a coffee tour in Kisoro.
