 Is This Trip Right for You? **************************** Get ready for our fully loaded itinerary. This active program covers a good amount of ground each day. Expect from two to three hours walking on some touring days. The pace is moderate, however you will encounter some uneven surfaces, stairs, steps. A few early wake-ups, some between 6 and 7 am. Expect the longest time spent on the bus on the drive of 2 hours to and from Abu Dhabi. Weather is very pleasant during the day from October through April but sometimes it becomes a little cold and windy in the evening. The tour of Desert Safari involves a rough drive over the dunes and low seating in the camp. It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems or heart conditions. Please advise us in advance of any disabilities to offer options.

A deposit confirms: agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to Diva Getaways & Entertainment LLC aka Diva Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. Diva Getaways reserves the right to change tour days or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments: All payments to Diva Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable. In an effort to negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is recommended for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment  as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and Diva Getaways accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims. 

Monthly payments: Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan and as a courtesy you will receive monthly electronic reminders.

Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer complaint with our payment policy.

Changes: Flight, Hotels and Transfers- Diva Getaways will make every effort to operate all tours as printed in the itinerary, digital brochures, flyers and on the website. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.

Airline: Please note flight changes are at the discretion of the airline, therefore Diva Getaways reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our clients. Seat assignments are at the discretion of airlines. All seats for groups are located in economy class. .

Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted, name corrections will carry a fee of $50.00 and this information must be received in writing 30-days prior to departure or as specified by the airline.

 Late Payment(s):  Late Payments and Fees  At Diva Getaways, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued customers. 

1. *Late Payments:* Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late. 

2. *Late Fees:* To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $50 will be charged for each week the payment remains overdue. The late fee will be added to the outstanding amount until the full payment is received. 

3. *Communication:* We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties. 

4. *Disputes:* If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly. 

5. *Continued Services:* Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations, and we encourage proactive communication to prevent any disruptions to your experience with Diva Getaways.

Ground Transfers: Please note that all transfers and excursions will have specific times of departures and will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be responsible for your own transportation cost if you miss a scheduled transfer or pickup.

Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.

Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of a room accommodations, flights and or tours, please advise in advance.

Diva Getaways reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Diva Getaways may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Diva Getaways, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
