I have been practicing yoga for a few years now to relieve any joint pain and tensions I was facing with Lupus. After reading an email from Trap Yoga Bae regarding an opportunity of a lifetime, I applied and was given the opportunity to receive a yoga teacher training scholarship for Black Wellness from My Vinyasa Practice. Since then, I have begun my journey in making yoga accessible to all shapes, sizes, genders, and disabilities, while celebrating and uplifting the melanated community.
