BLK GETAWAY will provide the ultimate luxury setup and vibes! However, during the event guests are prohibited from bringing/doing the following:

1. Pets

2. Smoking, drug use, hookahs, or open flames

3. Amplified music or speakers

4. Large or oversized equipment (e.g., tents, canopies, large umbrellas, beach/lawn chairs, etc.)

5. Professional photography equipment without prior permission

6. Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation

7. Activities that disturb wildlife or other park visitors

8. Leaving behind litter or waste

9. Alcohol consumption in areas where it is prohibited

10. Disrespectful engagement with other visitors

11. Decorations that cause harm or disruption including Balloons or plastic decorations, candles, highly flammable materials, sharp or pointed objects such as broken glass or scissors, etc.

12. Glassware and metal silverware

13. Rolling cooler bags, ice chests, hard coolers 

14. Carts or wagons

15. Weapons or explosives of any kind

Elevate your luxury picnic experience to the next level! Let's make memories together with permitted items that enhance our enjoyment while respecting our surroundings:

1. Light food and beverages (optional)

2. Additional picnic blanket (beige or peach orange is encouraged)

3. Appropriately sized equipment for comfort and convenience (i.e. hand-held items including card games, fans, bubble wands, etc.)

4. Portable charger

5. Minimal personal photography equipment for capturing memories (i.e. small-medium tripod, mobile phone light, selfie stick, etc.)

6. Respectful and mindful engagement with the environment and other visitors

7. Proper disposal of waste and recycling materials

8. Responsible consumption of beverages in designated areas where permitted

9. Mobility devices including wheelchairs, crutches, etc. (note: for ease of transport, wheelchairs will be stationed in the grass area of the picnic)

10. Sunscreen and sunglasses 

11. Hand sanitizer

Upon arrival check-in, pick a spot on the lawn, settle in, and begin networking with like-minded women
