It's been awhile since our agency planned a hosted group trip since we've been so busy planning and managing other groups' itineraries (special thank you to those clients/group leaders). Our very first hosted trip was back in 2019 in own backyard in the state of Arizona. It was an amazing experience that involved food, wine, laughter, and friendships being created!

Then 2020 came around and yeeeaaahhh............ 

So here we are in the year 2022 and travel is back in FULL demand so we believe it's time for our agency to host another trip! You guys want to come with us?

Riu Palace Baja California is an adults only, all-inclusive resort set on El Medano beach in Los Cabos. This impressive beachfront resort is perfect for those adults (18+) who are looking to relax and unwind while having day and night activities. Four spectacular and distinctive pool areas provide ample relaxation room for all of the guests. Take full advantage of the free sun loungers, parasols and towels by pool area. Additional resort activities and entertainment options at Riu Santa Fe and Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas.

The all-inclusive plan at Riu Palace Baja California includes room accommodations as selected, plus the following:

• Unlimited beverages including domestic beverages 24 hours a day

• 24 hour Room Service
• Daytime entertainment

At the Riu Santa Fe:

• Water park "Splash Water World" with body slides
• Open air stage with pool for theme parties
• "Pacha" discotheque

The resort offers Junior Suites with a lateral sea view. In these rooms, you will find either one king-size bed or two small double beds, a sofa in the lounge area, satellite TV, air conditioning, a minibar and beverage dispenser (replenished daily), a coffee maker, an electronic in-room safe, iron and ironing board and a balcony or terrace with views of the sea.  Bathroom is equipped with shower, separate bathtub, double sink, hairdryer and amenities kit.  Free Wi-Fi is available in select public areas and in the rooms.

1. Pricing is based on PER PERSON, not the room!

2. A deposit payment is required at time of booking, no holds!

3. Please take in consideration that any scheduled itineraries/activities are mainly for guests who book with us. If there's anyone that book outside of our agency, they will not participate in any of the paid excursions/activities planned by D.O.E. Excursions Travel, LLC!

4. DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: 

    a. If you're booking a double occupancy package, make sure you provide the name of the person who will be accompanying you. 

    b. We also ask that you in keep in touch with your roommate on their status of attending (booking, payments, etc.)

    c. If the 2nd occupant is no longer coming on the trip, please note that this will result in a change of your occupancy to single and your remaining balance will reflect that change.

PAYMENTS:  All registrations made through D.O.E. Excursions Travel, LLC, require either a deposit or a payment in full.  D.O.E. Excursions Travel, LLC processes only credit/debit card transactions (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard). ACH transactions and checks are not accepted for this trip! 

PLEASE READ! All payments, which includes deposits and payments made in full or not, are non-refundable and non-transferable for this retreat. No exceptions. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION:  Because we know certain things may happen that may be beyond our control, it is HIGHLY recommended that guests purchase travel insurance along with their package during the initial registration process. Although, it is not mandatory, travel insurance can provide an ease of mind with specified coverage for cancellations, medical circumstances, etc. Please consider purchasing your policy within twenty-one (21) days after your initial deposit payment to opt for the cancel for any reason clause.

PRE OR POST EXTENDED STAYS: Guests that decide to arrive before our scheduled check in date (May 25, 2023) or stay after the check out date (morning of May 28, 2023) will be responsible for their own room accommodations and airport transportation to or from the resort. Of course, we can assist with those additional arrangements outside of this itinerary planning.

CANCELLATIONS:  If you are no longer able to join us, please submit your cancellation notice via email to groups@doeexcursions.com with the following in the subject line "Los Cabos Cancellation." Please allow 48 hours for a follow-up reply from our office. If you do not receive any acknowledgement after 48 hours, please contact Chantel West at 602-756-3626 to ensure your cancellation notice information was received.
