A 4-day coastal gathering of yoga, nature, and soulful connection designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to what truly matters. Set along the breathtaking Mendocino coastline at the peaceful Stanford Inn, this retreat invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in grounding yoga practices, mindful movement, and moments of reflection surrounded by redwoods, ocean air, and the vibrant beauty of fall. Together we will explore practices that nourish the body, calm the mind, and open the heart—creating space to deepen your connection with yourself, with nature, and with a supportive community. As the season invites us to let go and turn inward, this experience offers an opportunity to gently release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and leave feeling restored, inspired, and rooted in what matters most.
As autumn settles along the Northern California coast, we invite you to gather with us for a deeply nourishing fall yoga retreat at the serene Stanford Inn By the Sea in Mendocino—a place where nature, wellness, and connection come together effortlessly. Nestled between towering redwoods and sweeping ocean views, the Stanford Inn offers the perfect sanctuary to slow down and reconnect with yourself and with others.
Throughout our time together, we’ll move through grounding yoga practices, mindful meditation, and moments of spiritual reflection, all designed to align with the natural rhythm of the changing season. Crisp coastal air, golden leaves, and quiet forest trails invite us outdoors for walks, breathwork, and shared experiences that deepen our connection to the earth and to one another.
Rooms at the Stanford Inn are the ultimate in comfort, first-class amenities, view extraordinaire ... the grand Pacific Ocean, the impressive Big River, the colorful organic gardens, and the historic village of Mendocino. Every room features wood burning fireplaces and private decks.
You'll enjoy a full complimentary daily breakfast cooked to your order, afternoon tea time, and a welcome dinner from the on-site restaurant, Ravens Restaurant. All meals are thoughtfully created bringing together wellness and the natural world. Breakfast is made-to-order with organic ingredients and plant-based. Ravens offers an inspired, plant-based culinary experience that delights both vegans and non-vegans alike.
This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s a space to cultivate meaningful community, nourish your body and spirit, and embrace the beauty of transition as fall reminds us to release, restore, and begin again.

Welcome!
We’re Tiffany, Kayla, and Mariam — three yoga teachers who share a deep love for wellness, healing, and the transformative power of breathwork.
Kayla and Tiffany’s yoga journeys began with an unforgettable teacher training in Bali, where they each found a deeper connection to themselves and their practice. Since then, they have co-hosted retreats in Tulum and Costa Rica, and are excited to be leading their third retreat together.
Mariam began her journey with training in the beautiful mountains of Canada and later co-led an international teacher training in Bali. She teaches at a variety of studios, has led workshops and special events, and has facilitated multiple teacher trainings.
Kayla teaches regularly at local studios and offers private sessions, while Tiffany shares her practice through teaching and retreat experiences. Together, we are passionate about creating meaningful spaces for connection, growth, and presence.
We’re so excited to share this experience with you 🤍
