MARK FLASHEN has worked in the field of transformational leadership and development for over 35 years. He has coached and mentored hundreds of individuals and small business teams. He has also facilitated programs for Landmark Worldwide, a leading personal and professional growth, training and development company. In December 2021, he went on his first Amazon Journey. It proved transformative. He has since gone on to partner with Steve Torenten and three other leaders, forming a non-profit organization to work with the elders of Sharamentsa, a remarkable indigenous community, to create a School for Leadership. This will be his 6th Rainforest Journey.

As a devoted husband and father, his passion for nature preservation, and fostering bonds with indigenous groups shines through for our guests. His guidance goes beyond tourism; it's a journey that lets people authentically connect with the land, its inhabitants, and the spirit of nature itself.
