We will experience a traditional taste of Mexico; however, I can accommodate most special dietary requests including specific Allergies, Gluten free, Dairy free, Sugar free, Celiac, Diabetic, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Carnivore, Bullet Proof, and Intermittent Fasting. Nonalcoholic beverages and food plan is included in your package. 

I prepare some of the meals, we can co create together if you choose. I teach you how to make some of the local culinary delights and of course we dine out at local favorites and little-known specialty restaurants. 

Clients feel relieved when the bill comes, and they do not have to pull out their wallet and then try to calculate the currency and how much to pay and tip. 

I make it super easy for you to relax and enjoy your meals. 

One of my other passions is photography so you get to enjoy your experience without having to worry about capturing the moment. Every evening I will send you the highlights from our day and you can post away on your social media or save and create your own album or memory book.

Paradise-Wellness.com was created over 20 years ago when I tapped into my Soul purpose. As a result of circumstances that were a part of my journey in this lifetime, I sought out Alternative Wellness teachings and practices from the West and the East along with the Realms.

I weave these teachings and experiences into our time together exploring nature in Mexico and the Mayan culture. Some of the wellness tools I use include DOTERRA essential oils, yoga, meditation, and Oracle cards. I will also share ways to connect with your Ancestors, Archangels, Guardian Angels, Spirit Animals and Guides.

I will share my experience tapping into your Self, Soul purpose and support your journey to manifest the next chapter you may choose to create for your Self and your Spiritual Journey. 

I will monitor flights and arrival times and be in touch with you on your journey to Mexico.  For those flying for the first time in a long time, or a bit nervous about travelling, not to worry I have been supporting  hundreds people arriving for over 10 years  and will support a smooth arrival. I explain what to expect and give details on our designated meet point so you will arrive with confidence. Myself of a pre designated transport company will pick you up and have snacks and water and then we head to get you settled  at our accommodations.  We decide then how to proceed with resting up and meal time. I handle all the  reservations and flow of how we experience the rest of they day. With our ability flex we go with the flow which sets my offerings apart from most travel offerings.

So most people arrive on a Friday or Saturday so depending on your arrival day I will take to the Local experiences going on at the time. We usually head out early in the morning walking or exploring.  There are so many things to do in this magnificent city from organic markets  to museums.  The  day  exploring I usually show you the highlights of your interests in Merida. We will also do a day trip out to the the cenote, ruins, haciendas and small villages with culinary delights of the Yucatan again depending on your preferences. Often we start at the Organic Farmers market picking up goodies for our culinary creations

this region has a mix of Colonial history and Beaches that will literally knock your socks off . We will spend a few days doing as much or as little as you would like at the beach community. There are miles of beach to be walked and nature to explore.  Some want to just rest and relax enjoying the water, sand and read a good book while sipping a cool beverage. Or maybe you would like to try on a Mermaid tail and have a fun photo shoot experience.  There are some great beach eateries and of course I will be preparing meals. You get to relax and decide how much or little you would like to do.

Typically guests come for a 7 day  Paradise Wellness Healthy Adventure, having said that many have opted for 10 day options. So this can be the day we head back to the airport and send you home or we can spend another few days touring around the Yucatan exploring  the small towns, hidden treasures, ruins, cenotes, Cathedrals and authentic Mayan culture.
