Do I need to attend the live workshop?

How much time will this take each day?
Most participants spend approximately 10-20 minutes per day completing workbook exercises, reflecting on the material, and implementing small action steps.
The goal is to show up and be consistent and to make this work FOR you and your lifestyle.
The Live Workshop is 90 minutes & the Metabolic Momentum session is 60 minutes. These are available for replay.
There will be additional material including strength training workouts and nervous system regulation tools which will be 5-30 minutes.
